Returns: Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition. Merchandise must be in original box. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Include your name, address, phone number and reason for return. For your protection, insure it for its value. Sorry, COD's are not accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Defects: In case of a defect, we will make every effort to correct the situation by sending out a replacement item as fast as possible at no charge to the customer. We will send a return label so that the customer incurs no expense for the return of the item and make every effort to send a replacement as soon as possible.
Back orders: From time to time some items will be temporarily unavailable at time of purchase. We do our best to keep these back-orders to a minimum. However, back-orders can and do happen. In the event that an item is unavailable at time of purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to get the merchandise to you in a timely fashion.
Return Policy on Jerseys: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Jersey, we will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping and handling costs. Jerseys must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please contact Fox Sports Gear for a Return Authorization number Before returning item. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags. Changes or cancellations cannot be processed after an order is placed.
Shipping Information and Return Policy on Furniture: Please allow 4-6 weeks for furniture such as recliners and ottomans, etc to leave the warehouse as these items are made to order. Some heavy or oddly shaped items (such as furniture) must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and bring it inside.
Also, due to the nature of these products, the manufacturer will not accept returns on these items except in cases of severe defects that cannot be fixed or wrong items shipped. You must notify us of any problems with furniture within 48 hours of delivery so please inspect the item(s) carefully upon receipt. In these cases Fox Sports Gear will work with you to fix the problem to your satisfaction to a reasonable degree.
Our Policy on Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are good for 6 months from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. If a Gift Certificate is unable to be delivered to the e-mail address given, every attempt will be made to reach the original buyer. Gift Certificates are only good for merchandise available in our store at the time the Gift Certificate is used. After 6 months from date of original purchase, unused Gift Certificates are forfeited.
